FAQ:
If you wish to move out of your rented property, please provide written notice in line with the notice period stated in your tenancy agreement. At StarLet Lettings, we’ll guide you through the entire process, including the final inspection and deposit return.
StarLet Lettings carries out inspections every 3 to 6 months to ensure the highest level of comfort for our tenants. We respect your space, so you’ll always be notified well in advance. A StarLet inspection means a better standard of living and a safer home.
Rent is due on the agreed date each month via bank transfer. We will provide clear payment instructions and reference details. If you have any issues with payment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.
If something in your rental property needs fixing, let us know right away. Our technician will visit the property and carry out the repair promptly. The comfort and safety of our tenants is always our top priority. We guarantee a 24-hour response to all maintenance reports. Lost your job? It happens. Get in touch with us – at StarLet Lettings, we’ve been working for years with landlords, recruitment agencies, and companies that regularly look for new employees. Losing a job doesn’t have to mean the end of stability. StarLet is here to support you – even during life’s unexpected changes.
At StarLet Lettings, we rent out a variety of houses and flats. Some properties are pet-friendly from the start, while others have landlords who prefer tenants without pets. As a letting agency, we’re here to support both landlords and tenants. If you’d like to keep pets in your rented home but your tenancy agreement doesn’t currently allow it, please get in touch with us. We’ll speak to the landlord and do our best to find a positive solution.
In most cases, changes like this are possible, but they do require approval from both the landlord and StarLet Lettings. If you would like to alter the appearance of the property, please contact us first to obtain the necessary permission.
